We reserve the right to sell CPO products. CPO products are marked as such on our product pages with a CPO tag, this means that products may have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons, such as buyers' remorse or due to a defect. CPO products may have some slight cosmetic defects. CPO products go through a series of tests and quality control for functionality and defects before they are sold.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 6 - Return Policy

You may return your device for a refund within 14 days of purchase in the case there are functional defects. No returns/refunds will be accepted for cosmetic defects. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the device. The device must be returned with all packaging and included accessories to qualify for refund. The device must be returned in the original condition. Any damages of the device prior to being received is the responsibility of the original purchaser. All phones must be returned unlocked and password free and free of all data. If we are unable to access returned device, the device will be rendered useless. Customer must call 833-679-1090 to obtain an RMA prior to returning.
